Large Cap Records / Corporate
Institutional brief / Current issue
Corporate overview
Cultural assets. Active systems.
Large Cap Records is a technology company operating in the creative economy, built on a growing treasury of cultural assets and long-term relationships.
We develop and operate music, intellectual property, brands, stories, formats, software and cultural infrastructure across an expanding portfolio of ventures.
01 / Cultural infrastructure
Operating thesisSong as Software
Not files. Systems.
Song as Software is Large Cap Records’ own cultural infrastructure: a framework for treating a release as a durable system rather than a terminal media asset.
Our position is simple: songs should not be distributed as finished files. They should operate as living cultural systems, capable of accumulating context, interaction and meaning over time.
Broadcast is where each track becomes an interactive, evolving world. Sound, interface, narrative, objects and participation remain connected to the work and can change without declaring the song complete.
02 / Operating divisions
Official structureFour public divisions, one catalogue.
The divisions share assets, standards and infrastructure. Their responsibilities remain deliberately distinct.
RCRD
Operating divisionRecords
Develops and stewards recordings, artists, publishing interests and catalogue issues. Each release is treated as a long-term cultural asset, not a campaign with an expiry date.
BRDC
Operating divisionBroadcast
Turns each track into its public world: an evolving layer of interface, narrative, source material and participation that remains connected to the music.
RDIO
Operating divisionRadio
A forthcoming programmed transmission layer for the catalogue, designed for continuous listening, editorial sequencing and future live formats.
STR
Operating divisionStore
The material arm of the catalogue. Editions, objects and apparel translate release systems into physical form.
03 / Portfolio & partnerships
Selected relationshipsBuilt, held and connected with intent.
We pursue culturally resonant work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and human, analogue authenticity. The relationship is named according to its actual structure.

External mandatesSelective by design.
We select projects on creative merit first. Structure follows.
Large Cap Records considers commissioned work, collaborations and longer-term ventures where there is genuine artistic alignment and a meaningful creative challenge. Compensation, ownership and deal structure are evaluated individually. Association is never automatic.
